Oxford-based Ecocleen, a highly credited, national, and eco-friendly cleaning contractor, is delighted to announce Anthony Bonnett as their newest Oxford franchisee. For Ecocleen, the collaboration comes at a crucial time as they aim to continue their work in helping people and their businesses throughout the Oxfordshire region and beyond.
Speaking about the new partnership Anthony Bonnett, new regional director of Oxford said:
“I had been interested in purchasing a franchise for some time and had been looking specifically at ‘recession-proof’ franchises. These are businesses which will always need to continue regardless of how the economy is going, commercial cleaning falls into this category. Cleaning in the education sector especially will still need to continue during a recession. Ecocleen had been on my radar as I was looking because I am passionate about ecology and the environment. My background is in property development and construction, and I have worked with the World Green Building Council to design green buildings”.
“When Covid-19 hit and businesses began to shut down, I knew the commercial cleaning sector was going to not only continue but to thrive. There were going to be stricter measures for sanitising and looking after the health of workers. In the territory that I purchased, Oxford, there are many educational facilities and I knew that there were going to have to be new safeguarding measures implemented to protects the staff and students. When speaking to Ecocleen and getting to know the way they work, I was impressed with how robust their franchise model is, I considered many different franchises, but I felt Ecocleen stood out above the rest”.
A full interview with Anthony Bonnett will be released on the podcast.
